And it did come out in theaters, but it was limited. It wasn’t really advertised at all. But if you want to not miss something beautiful like this again, check with CoilHouse now and then. As I watched it for the second time, I noticed several more pieces of the story fall into place. Especially disturbing to me was the scene in which the mystic is beaten and birds emerge from his mouth.

Definitely go and see it!

Just one thing – to call the stuntman a ‘monster’ is a little extreme – like all suicidal people he can’t see beyond his own pain, until he is forced to.
